If the address provided to us at checkout matches the exact address to which we shipped your order, and your tracking information shows that your package was successfully delivered, it is the sole responsibility of the courier to deliver it to you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If any issues arise, please contact your local post office or the courier directly for assistance.
Tip: If you are not going to be home during the scheduled delivery hours, we recommend contacting the courier and requesting that they hold your package at a local post office or pickup location. This can help prevent your package from being lost or stolen.

My package is still in transit or seems to be stuck—did it get lost on a snack-fueled adventure?
Munch-In Exotic Eats does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
First, reach out to the courier directly. If your package is taking a scenic route or seems to have ghosted you, keep records of your chats with the courier. If they admit they lost it, We can step in and help with the claim process.
A quick heads-up: We're based in Canada, so we don't control customs fees or delays in other countries. If customs decides to hold your snacks hostage or rejects your package, we, unfortunately, can't refund it. But fingers crossed your snacks arrive safe, sound, and ready to be devoured!

We ship most packages with UPS to the 48 Contiguous States in the US.
WEATHER DAMAGE
Munch-In Exotic Eats will accept no liability for damaged products due to weather or shipping damage. Chips specifically Pringles are especially susceptible to shipping damage.

Order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee in order to cover labour, time spent and the cost of products being off the website during busy periods.
