If the address provided to us upon checkout matches theexact address we shipped your order to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the courierto deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolenpackages and you should contact your local post office should any problems arise. Tip:if you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling the courierand asking them to hold your package at a local post office for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen.

Munch-In Exotic Eats does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
We totally get it—waiting for snacks is like watching water boil.. but worse. First, reach out to the courier directly (they have all the tracking magic). If your package is taking a scenic route or seems to have ghosted you, keep records of your chats with the courier. If they admit they lost it, I can step in and help with the claim process.
A quick heads-up: We're based in Canada, so we don't control customs fees or delays in other countries. If customs decides to hold your snacks hostage or rejects your package, we, unfortunately, can't refund it. But fingers crossed your snacks arrive safe, sound, and ready to be devoured!

TEMPERATURE/Damage
Munch-In Exotic Eats will accept no liability for damaged products due to weather or shipping damage. Chips specifically Pringles are especially susceptible to shipping damage.
